These services are available to assist those who may be recovering from a hospital stay, require therapy or need complete personal care. Through sustained cooperation with a resident's doctors, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services customize a comprehensive care plan to fit the individual needs of each resident.

Frontier also offers professional rehabilitation services at selected communities. These services include occupational therapy, respiratory therapy and speech and language pathology. We are committed to one-on-one resident contact and hands-on therapy to restore residents to their optimal functional status and quality of living. Each discipline provides aggressive, specialized treatment while maintaining a comfortable and fun environment.
