Home care is appropriate whenever a person prefers to stay at home but requires ongoing care that cannot be effectively provided solely by family and friends. Frontier Management’s services are perfect for older adults who elect to not enter a care facility but still need many of their services. Home care is also very appropriate for younger adults who may be disabled or are recovering from an acute illness.

Non-medical private pay in-home care is also available. Anywhere from one to 24 hour shifts providing a range of services from light housekeeping and laundry service to companionship and shopping.

Our home health aides are Certified Nursing Assistants with special training in health care. They are well suited to aid with personal care such as bathing, shampooing, nail care, dressing and linen service.

Through Frontier’s home health agencies those in our care can access a full range of therapies include physical, occupational and speech. Each specialist is highly qualified to provide the necessary care in your home.

Nutritional support is available to assist those with any special needs, diabetic meal planning and caloric requirements.  We have professionals on hand to assess and guide in the proper management of an illness or disability.

Medical social workers are available to assist you and your family in coping with changing needs resulting from your medical situation. They can provide emotional support and assistance in long term care planning as well as providing information about additional community resources.
