I wanted to tell you how easy and comfortable you made things for me and my family when it came to moving my Dad to Pelican Pointe. From the minute I walked into your community until my son and I left on Monday, it was extraordinary. You do an incredible job, and I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing that my Dad was going to be in first-rate hands.
Your staff is amazing. Any questions I had were all answered by them. I am very impressed with Pelican Pointe and the staff.
Please try to make sure that you introduce my Dad to some of the guys that you have there - I know he would like that very much. I have to laugh because most of your ladies were all great about introducing themselves to my Dad. He is getting more attention from these ladies than he has had in a long time and I think he loves it.
If he wants to continue to stay with you at Pelican Pointe and not move to Eugene, I am very comfortable with his choice. This is all about him and not me. You will find that he has a great sense of humor.
