Erin started at the ground floor; took a CNA class through her high school and immediately transitioned to working on the floor in that capacity. She went on to learn med administration at Farmington Square Gresham, where she began climbing the management ladder. Erin has worked for Frontier Management since October 2001 starting at Aspen Ridge in Bend, then Monterey Court, St. Andrews and Monterey Court once again. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, home health, residential care and memory care. |
