There is a good feeling about being with family or friends in the familiar surroundings of your own home. Sometimes our ability to enjoy living at home can be threatened by illness, accident, injury, or a long term disabling condition.
Healthy Options Home Health Personal Services provides skilled clinicians to help you remain in the comfort of your own home. Services available include nursing, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, certifiied nurse aides and companion/caregivers.
Qualification
Home Health Care is available to homebound individuals living in Chelan or Douglas County with an order from their physician. Private duty and personal care services are available to anyone who desires them.
Payment for Services
The charge per visit will depend on the type of services you receive. Home health services can be paid for in a number of ways, including Medicare, Medicaid, other third party payers, or private pay. We will help verify coverage before starting care and directly bill your insurance for our services. You will be informed of costs not covered by your insurance company. Private duty and personal care services are billed and paid for privately.
