Mt. Bachelor Memory Care To Break Ground

Mt. Bachelor Memory Care (Bend, Oregon) will break-ground in 2011 and open in 2012 near Hwy 97 and Powers in Bend, Oregon. Colleen Papp Named Regional Vice President

Refinancing Completed for Four Frontier Management Communities

Frontier Management, LLC recently completed four Fannie Mae DUS Seniors refinancing totaling $26,463,800 from RED CAPITAL GROUP, LLC, one of the nation's top providers of capital to the Seniors Housing industry. The communities involved in the refinancing transactions were Where The Heart Is, a 59-unit assisted living/memory care facility located in Burlington, Washington; Homeplace Special Care Center at Burlington, a 31-unit memory care facility located in Burlington, Washington; Homeplace Special Care at Oak Harbor, a 25-unit memory care facility located in Oak Harbor, Washington; and Monterey Court, a 24-unit memory care facility located in Happy Valley, Oregon.

University Village Memory Care Starts Construction

Round Rock's newest memory care community, University Village Memory Care, is officially under construction. "This community is greatly needed in the Round Rock and greater area for families seeking a warm, caring, professional and compassionate residence for their loved ones whom deserve to enjoy their lives safely while receiving the assistance they need," stated Paul DeNucci, lead partner and general contractor of the project. University Village will offer care and housing to 50 residents whom are living with Alzheimer's Disease or other related forms of dementia. "This community has been one we have been designing and planning to develop and bring to the Round Rock area for nearly a year. Frontier to Manage Oak Hill Senior Living

Frontier Management, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been selected to become the management company for Oak Hill Senior Living, a Retirement Community, located at 4255 Spencer Street in Las Vegas, Nevada. Refinancing Completed

Three partnerships lead by Greg Roderick, Frontier's CEO, closed on a Fannie Mae DUS refinancing package. The financing was originated and secured through Red Capital. "The team at Red Capital were tremendous to work with on this three property refinancing package," stated Roderick. The terms for this $18,850,000 loan are a 5.62% fixed rate for 10-years. "Casey Moore and Doug Harper are professional and experienced financing leaders and we are fortunate to have had them represent us and deliver such a wonderful outcome." concluded Roderick. The properties are located in Burlington and Oak Harbor, Washington and consist of assisted living and memory care apartments.

Washington Gardens Groundbreaking

A ground breaking ceremony was held in Tigard, Oregon to commemorate the launch of construction activities for Washington Gardens Memory Care Residence. "Washington Gardens will provide a beautiful and state of the art environment for up to 48 residents whom will receive comprehensive care delivered by an outstanding dedicated team whom are only interested in serving seniors with Alzheimer's disease and other related forms of dementia. Lowther Appointed VP

Frontier Management, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Connie Lowther as Regional Vice President for the Mountain Region which includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Pelican Pointe Expansion Construction Begins

July 1, 2010

Construction began on the expansion of Pelican Pointe Assisted Living and Memory Care to add an additional 24 apartments onto the memory care community. "This expansion demonstrates the commitment which Pelican Pointe and its team have for those with dementia or other forms of Alzheimer's disease. Further, there is additional demand for more apartments for memory care," stated Greg Roderick, Frontier Management's CEO. The expansion project is expected to be open on or around the end of 2010 or very early 2011.

Pavilion at Great Hills Grand Opening

The Pavilion at Great Hills held its Grand Opening Celebration in Austin, Texas where nearly 500 guests came to tour, congratulate, and secure their apartment for residency. Arbor Oaks Terrace Grand Opening

Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care hosts its Grand Opening Celebration. On a sunny and warm Sunday, nearly 350 people toured the newest memory care community in Newberg, Oregon, with entertainment, a wine pouring by Four Graces Winery, a speech by Newberg Mayor Bob Andrews and many more features to welcome and dedicate a day honoring a beautiful and compassionate care center.

"We want to thank all whom have been involved," stated Administrator Janie Kellett, "and my staff are here to serve the needs of the residents." Two family members spoke at the ribbon cutting ceremony to describe what their personal stories have been and why they selected Arbor Oaks Terrace.

"I want to recognize our First Responders, the Newberg Fire Department, for coming today and for their involvement in the safety of our residents," stated Greg Roderick, Frontier's President. "I have a personal check made out to Newberg Fire for $1,000 as a donation to your wonderful team and wish to thank you for all that you do." Many people spoke in recognition to those involved in the creation of Arbor Oaks Terrace and shared their thoughts as to how wonderful it was to have it in Newberg.

Washington Gardens Memory Care to Break Ground

Washington Gardens Memory Care Residence Residence is expected to break-ground on or around August 1, 2010. “Washington Gardens will be a welcomed addition to the City of Tigard and to the demand for additional quality, caring and carefully designed communities for those with memory care needs,” stated Greg Roderick, CEO of Frontier Management and a partner in the development. The construction loan is being provided by CW Capital and HUD, Seabold Construction is the General Contractor and LRS Architects is the designer. The project will open in June 2011. The property will house and provide caring services to 48-residence and will be Frontier’s 7th Portland Metro Area assisted living or memory care community.

University Village Memory Care to Break Ground

University Village Memory Care Residence is expected to break-ground on or around July 1, 2010. This 50-unit memory care community is especially designed for those senior citizens whom have Alzheimer’s Disease or other related forms of dementia. “Bringing a purpose-built property, which has been designed with the residents needs and comforts fully considered, to the Round Rock community is very exciting,” stated Greg Roderick, Frontier Management’s President & CEO. The project is expected to open in May 2011.

Cedarhurst of Shiloh Starts Construction

Cedarhurst of Shiloh has officially secured financing and is under construction. The 87 unit property (56 apartments of assisted living and 31 apartments of memory care) is expected to open in early 2011. “We are pleased to have secured a HUD loan on this magnificent community,” stated Greg Roderick, CEO of Frontier Management. “Our relationship with Joshua Jennings and his Metro Asset Group has proven positive. Cedarhurst of Shiloh is sure to be one of the best communities for those seeking high quality assisted living services and/or compassionate and outstanding memory care for themselves or a loved one.” Roderick continued. Frontier Selected to Manage Lakeside Chateau Memory Care

Frontier Management, LLC has been selected to represent and manage Lakeside Chateau Memory Care Residence, a 48 bed memory care facility located at Glenroy Place off Mountain View Drive in Reno, Nevada.  The new memory care community is expected to break-ground in April 2011 and open early 2012. United Construction will be the General Contractor; Jeffrey DeMure and Associate is the lead Architect and Frontier Management will manage the community.
